Kickboxing for Every Level
Adult Kickboxing is the most intense group class at RMA. Every session includes technical instruction, conditioning, pad work, and partner drills. No experience needed.

Punches, kicks, elbows, and combinations
Heavy bag and focus mitt work
Partner drills and sparring fundamentals
Movement, footwork, and ring strategy
Cardio conditioning and athleticism
Who It's For
Adults 15 and up, any background, any fitness level. People who have never thrown a punch train next to people with years of experience, and both get pushed. Your first 3 classes are free.
