Women's Kickboxing is a women-only class where you learn real technique at your own pace. The room is supportive and the workout is real.

A supportive, women-only training environment
Who It's For
Open to all women, any fitness level, no experience needed. Some come for the workout, some for self-defense, some for the community. Your first 3 classes are free.
